I skipped dinner, but I had another piece of toast and tea this evening.
he headache turned into a migraine. I ended up having Won pick up Katie from school. I "rested' until about 730. I'm feeling a bit better. I still have some sinus pressure and I'm queasy. I'm going to drug myself and go back to sleep.
I hope to get to journals tomorrow. I hope everyone has had a good day.

I know that you will really benefit from your workouts at the Y. At least you will have someone to help you when you need it! I bought a YOGA book several months back. I tried to do some of the exercise in there, but others I just laughed at. Taking a class would be the best way to ease into and learn how to do YOGA. Have a nice day!
But like you always tell me, keep doing the right stuff and the scale is bound to cooperate eventually!
Right now, I am a normal 14. Who knows, maybe the 14s in that brand would fit you.
