Terry is definately the queen of the smilies around here.
Yesterday went well. I did 2.5 miles on the glider without killing myself. Food was OP too.
B: string cheese.
S: Grande coffee.
L:cheeseburger patty with A1
S: celery with Bleu Cheese dressing mixed with Buffalo Wing sauce
D: Salad with ranch and pizza casserole.
I also made a huge batch of chicken noodle soup for Katie. I froze the leftovers in small batches, so she will eat something besides fried/ffast food with Daddy on the weekends. Won does 3 things. He grills, fries, and nukes. At least this way, she'll occasionally have something nutritious.
Last night was eventful. Katie seems to have inherited another one of my traits. Sleepwalking. She was wandering around upstairs totally asleep and talking about going to her recital. When I picked her up, she woke up. She peed all over both of us. It was a total startle thing. She doesn't remember any of it. I of course slept hardly at all, listening for her to climb out of bed. Also, despite my mentioning it to Won, the battery on our thermostat ran out last night. When I woke up, it was 52 degrees in the house. Mommy and Katie are a bit blue this morning. Won is on his knees begging forgiveness. I could have changes the batteries myself, but he considers it one of his jobs. He got out of bed an hour early to do it.
Today I am taking Katie to school, and I am hitting the Y. I will do a mile on the glider. I will then do an unset amount of time on the treaddie. I do think that by the end of January, it will be much less crowded. Fortunatley, the only people who usee my gliders are the trainers.
I also need to start laundry, clean the bathrroms and living room, and figure out dinner.
Have a great day everyone,
Beth
