Hit Costco and JCPenny for DF father's ay gift.

Fold laundry.
I'm not too stressed today. I'm hoping to do 4 miles on the treaddie than 30 minutes on the bike. I'd also like to do some vaccuming. I told DH that he was responsible for the potluck.
Ok, gotta run. Take care. I hope to get to journals this afternoon.

I did my 4 miles on the treaddie and 15 minutes on the bike. We only lost a sock today. No one turned in Katie's shirt from yesterday. It's not a big deal. I just put the last load of laundry into the washer. Costco and Jcpenney done. I must have a sign in my car stating"Try to Hit Me" We almost were sideswiped 3 times. #1, an idiot pulling out of the gas station. #2 someone changing lanes without looking. #3 a old man who backs out of his parking spot without looking. Katie's response,"There sure are a lot of people who need to go to driving camp"
I am not getting into a car again today. I am now taking Katie for a bike ride. She rides, I jog.

I will not be on the boards tomorrow. I take Katie to camp and I'll do my weight training then 3 miles on the treaddie. After camp, I will have Katie eat while I am doing her hair. We then go to preschool. I will need to pick Katie up a little early and redo hair/makeup/tutu. Then we'll head directly to rehearsal. I am a stage Mom for the rehearsal, so Won is picking up katie after work. Last years rehearsal went until 9PM. I won't be able to eat until it is over. I hope to be home by 930. I will then collapse.
I've noticed something. Since I have increased the intensity of my workouts, I'm always hungry. I ended up eating an extra peanut butter sandwich tonight. I need to rework my plans for the day. i had been doing 3 meals. I need to schedule some high protein snacks into my day. I'll have to think about this some tonight. Ok, enough rambling. I have presents to wrap.
