Anyone use these how do u like it on u in the park all day does it get uncomfortable? I think I need a little more room than a Hipster and I think the backpack would be easier. Opinions??

They are fine as long as they aren't overloaded with heavy stuff. Its kind of an individual thing but those "strings" aren't very wide so the load is more concentrated than in a traditional backpack. For some it can be uncomfortable if there is something heavy in there.

I also agree that as long they aren't overloaded they work fine. If not, the strings snap. The strings just can't handle holding the heavy load.

It's superlight and can be folded up and put in a pocket if you have nothing to carry. But if you load it with stuff, it will weight down the strings on your shoulders.

I do not recommend them! Especially if you're a heavy packer and want to make sure you have absolutely everything you'll need. Last time I went, I used one for a day before my shoulders were killing me. My sister and I ended up using a Northface day pack, put both of our stuff in it, and took turns wearing it. I worried it might be too big but we didn't have an issue taking it on any rides.

I can use a string backpack for a couple of hours, which is what I do. We pack ours with lunch & a frozen water bottle. I carry it until noon, eat lunch and then fold it up & put in a small crossbody bag that holds my cell phone, sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses, passes & cash for the rest of the day. Works perfectly for my family.

I wouldn't carry one all day though. It's painful after a while.

Was thinking about being able to fold it up when done but didn't think about the comfort. :/
