Aran lady we are going back to florida next july ,the free tickets give us an excuse to go to DLP, hopefully using the holidays that come with the sun newspaper(nice and cheap!!)

they had negotiations when we were there and someone we spoke to said that it will take many,many talks to sort this out. (whatever that meanss )

Just had an Email from Customer Services at DLP in reply to my complaint. They've passed it onto whoever, and will get back to me in due course.
