I saw that in a place this week where I was finally able to find lemon mereingue pie.

So, go ahead and use that as an excuse to try a fabulous new dessert at WDW.

Speaking of, any resort suggestions for good desserts? I recall Kona Kafe having some great ones, but the menu looked rather straight forward last week.....

Kona has their own pastry chef, and he makes fabulous desserts. It might look straightforward, but they're excellent. He was at one of the Party for the Senses last year and ... oh my gosh.

Brown Derby also has their own pastry chef. California Grill's lava cake is very good, as well as the Plant City strawberry dessert. Jiko has some excellent selections as well.

Those have been our favorites so far. We love quite a few other places, but the four I've mentioned have been top notch.

I love the desserts at Boma because they are tiny and you can try everything!

I am looking forward to the desserts at Princess Storybook lunch in Norway, they sound really good.

Ah, did the Silver plan in December and must have gained 15 pounds trying all the desserts. Our favorites were Kona (everything was great), Narcoossees (cheescake in almond crust - INCREDIBLE), Brown Derby, and the Canadian Club cake was wonderful at Le Cellier. Oh, and DH swears that the apple cranberry crumble at Garden Grill, of all places, was the best he's ever tasted.

We were a bit disappointed in the dessert sampler at Spoodles and I wanted to love the zebra domes at Boma but they were gelatinous, thinking of the texture still makes me shudder.

I must have been on this part of the vacation with you! I can't eat ice cream or foods with a lot of dairy, so my options are sometimes limited, but I'll take anything chocolate.....

I came home on Sunday, and yesterday went to put on a jacket and realized that I LOST weight again on a WDW vacation!

The "mini" desserts at the Grand Floridian Cafe (less than $3 each so you can try a few!)

The desserts at Citricos are just A M A Z I N G! The look like art and taste the same!

Kona Cafe has really good desserts too!

Hah, this made me laugh! We're not big fans of the zebra domes either. We like the chocolate mousses much, much more.

Me too!! I buy the box at the Mara, and the zebra domes get eaten last.... I need to find a zebra dome fan to trade with!
