Stress of using someone else's points

Hi all. Just bought in to DVC, awaiting closing hopefully in October. Have reservations for all but the last night during F&W, waitlisted for that last night. I know- good luck. I am going using points from a relative, who doesn't DIS, doesn't understand that some "outside the box" thinking and calling or website checking may be necessary to get that last night. We have a backup plan, but sheesh. I'm grateful for the use of the points, but I'll be glad when I start using MY points and can pretend I have some control the situation.

Anyone have any for either the ressie or the closed-minded relative?
