Strawberry Churros...

Picked one up at Del Taco this evening, shared it with DD, she said "They should have these at Disneyland" I said "They do, this time of year in fact." Her response "Will they have them when we visit?" *She's aware of our late Oct. visit* I said "I don't know."

So anybody ~ do you know? If you've had both *Del Taco's and DLR* how do the 2 compare?

For a while they had Strawberry Churros all the time. This was years ago. Now they have them for special events. 3 Kings Day, Lunar New Year, and probobably on Cinco De Mayo in a few days.

I've heard rumors, that they will be in DCA starting this Summer, but these rumors don't seem to have any basis.

Nope, well the Del Taco churro had strawberry filling inside the churro.

When we were there in Feb they had the strawberry filled churros with chocolate dipping sauce. But they were only available Fri-Sun. Same with the bacon chedder popcorn.
Both worth trying!

The strawberry filled churro at DL is quite tasty! It’s smaller than a normal churro but it is very sweet so be prepared of a sugar high! The chocolate dipping sauce is pretty good as well. Try dipping a regular churro and the strawberry filled churro in it, very different taste, but both good. They had these for special events this year; hopefully they will have it for Halloween time in Ocotber! For Mardi Gras, the churros and the popcorn were served in New Orleans square, but this changes depending on the holiday they are celebrating.
