Strange Towel Question

Does anyone know how many towels will be in a 1 bedroom with only 2 persons staying? Will they have the usual 4 of each size?

Housekeeping has no idea how may people will be in a room when they clean it. They should always leave one towel pack (4 bath, 2 hand, 4 wash cloths & a mat) per bathroom.

Fortunately, you don't have to adhere to any commercial rules and/or regulations.
You haven't met my husband have you?:rotfl:
Try going into business and just combining laundry.
I'm a Mom, laundry is my business. Try keeping up with DD and her possie(and the parents of the possie) during our Gulf Coast summers-they can generate a ton of towels (& the parents can drain a wine cellar!)
I won't want to stay at your place....:cutie:
One less wet hinnie I say!:lmao: Too bad, I make a great margarita and could use a pool boy:lmao: :goodvibes
Just trying to look at it from the other side... We only wash our towels once a week and that is what we do at the resorts too.
Ewwwwwww you might need those towels they advertise in Sky Mall where there is embroidered "Face" on one hem and "Butt" on the other!:rotfl:

BTW-Congrats on the not smoking. I quit for 5 months and have gone back and now have to start over. It's very hard-you should be proud of yourself-Keep it up.:thumbsup2

Whenever we stay in a 1 b/r we usually have 2 bath mats: one by the tub and one by the shower. Or am I crazy???? :confused3

You are exactly right. One for each bathing area. A studio only has one.

Thank you Chuck!

Yikes, when we went, we did get towels at the pool. We didn't get them to have extra towels though.

We hung our room towels up on the various bars, or over the shower door. I washed a load or two as well to have fresh. I love the smell and warmth of a towel from the dryer.

We just used pool towels so that we weren't dripping all over the lobby and hall carpet on the walk back to the room. When we went back to the pool, we would return them to the dirty towel bin.

Still, I am sure that we had a couple of pool towels in the dirty basket when we left. I'd still rather do this than drip on the carpet, or risk having my room towels disappear at the pool.

I think that is what a lot of guests do. Wrap up in the towel, wear it back to the villa, then take it back to the pool on the next trip over there. It's the guests that rob the pool towel stand merely to bring them back to the room to use for extra towels in the room that are the problem.

Place a colored bead on a large safety pin. Each person would get to pick their favorite colored bead. Then pin the personalized pin to a towel and that would be that person towel.

Then if there is not enough room on the towel bars to hang your towel simple pull out the retractable laundry line that is in the shower and pin the towel to the line!
