This isn't really a question - more of an observation.
We stayed at BWV last week in a 2 BR (a Lock-off, as all 2 BRs at BWV are). When we called to get our room assignment, they said it was 1081. We went to 1081, and found that it was the studio portion of the 2 BR, and we ended up walking through to get to the common area and our bedroom (1083). So, for the rest of the week, we used 1083 as our room number, figuring that it was an oversight on the room assigner's part. On the final morning, I was surprised to see that there was no stsement hanging from our door (or slid underneath). Later that morning, I discovered that my ILs had our statement of charges (!). Also, whenever I had an incoming call, I had to take it in my ILs' room.
Now, wouldn't it make sense for the official room number of a 2 BR to be the number of the 1BR section? This is logical to me, because people using either bedroom would enter and exit through that door. The door of the studio would only be used by the people sleeping in the studio, no?
Oh well, it's no big deal, but I just found it slightly annoying, and am still wondering why they wouldn't use the 1 BR door as the number for the room.
