Strange Question about dining

I know this is a crazy question :bitelip: My DH, I and my DD 7 love Japanese food, we really want to eat at Teppanyaki BUT my DS 9 doesn't like anything they offer..He wants his chicken and shrimp fried  He likes the atmosphere, cooking at the table etc... (he has been to shogun but didn't like one thing on his plate) So, what can we do so that we can eat at Teppanyaki, would it be possible to take him a burger or nuggets in :earseek: or would that be a big NO NO???

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :flower:

What I would do is feed him the food he wants before going to the restaurant. That way he will not be hungry and I would let him share anything from our plates he wants to try (which will probably be nothing). I don't really think most restaurants would let a 9 year old bring in other food, an infant yes. :) I'd get him dessert at the restaurant with everyone else.

For the record, my 8 year old is picky also. My other two younger children eat anything! It drives me crazy. :sunny:

I can't say whether or not it would be allowed, but IMHO it just shouldn't be done.

If he wants something else to eat, I would let him eat before or after. He can still enjoy the 'table show' while you're there, and not eat.
