Good Morning everyone. Boy is it good to be back. Before I start Monday's edition, I would like to thank Annie&Hallie's Mom for the wonderful job she did in my absence. Liz, your the best. And now for your enjoyment.
The dunce cap of schoolhouse fame originated from a paper cone that was placed on the heads of witches during the Middle Ages. When Joan of Arc was martyred she was wearing one of them.
A rat can last longer without water than a camel.
There are more nutrients in the cornflake package itself then there are in the acual cornflakes. (maybe we should start eating the box)
Peanuts are used in the production of dynamite (I'll leave that one alone)
The bubbles in Guiness Beer sink to the bottom rather than float to the top like all other beers. No one knows why.
The lifespan of a taste bud is 10 days.
The screwdriver was invented before the screw. (So why invent the driver?)
