Here is Wednesday's edition.
If a statue in a park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, that person died in battle; if the horse has only one front leg in the air, that person died as a result of wounds recieved in battle; if the horse has all four legs on the ground, that person died of natural causes. (Whew, that was a mouth full)
Coca-Cola owns the world's second largest truck fleet. (Nice, but who has the largest?)
Cranberry Jello is the only jello flavor that comes from the real fruit, not artificial flavoring.
A Hungarian names Ladislo Biro invented the first ballpoint pen in 1938.
Because of the rotation of the earth, an object can be thrown father if it is thrown west. (Hum!)
There is a brass statue of Winnie-the-Pooh in Lima, Peru. (Odd place for a Pooh)
Almost all villians in the Bible have red hair.
Until 1990 sausages were still legal tender in East Germany. (Not sure what to think of that one.)
The newspaper serving Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, the home of Rocky and Bullwinkle, is the Picayune Intelegence.
And last, but not least for today...................
American Airlines saved $40,000.00 in 1987 by eliminating one olive from each salad served in first class. (now that a lot of olives)
