Storybook Dining at AP timing help

I figured the best advice would come from the folks here. I have an ADR at 6:40 on the night we are going to AK After Hours and one for 4:55 on the MVMCP night. I am looking to keep the one that would least interfere with either events (thinking it's the AK night). On a side note these will not be our only day in either park.

I just did Artist's Point at 4:50 on Christmas party night a few weeks ago. 4 adults. We took the boat over and got to MK right before 7. Just a data point for you.

If you do not care how early you arrive for the party I woudl keep the ADR prior to the party. The meal is fun and you can take the boat to the MK after dinner.

I woudl arrive early, check out the lovely lobby and then if you are still early for dinner, have a cocktail in the lounge. It is a nice way to start a great evening.
