Not sure if this was discussed already, but I just wanted to comment on the person's question about storing luggage at the resorts. I stayed at BCV in August of 2007. Somehow my luggage had gotten torn and I had gone down to Bell Services to see about getting some duct tape to fix it before I had to leave. While talking to the person I mentioned that I was going to be returning in 3 weeks and had just washed all the clothes in our villa and wasn't even going to unpack when I got home. Joking I said that I wish I could just leave the luggage there, and that I would even pay for it. The person said to me that they could store my luggage in long term storage. I thought he was kidding and the man asked me where I would be staying when I came back. I told him Coronado Springs. He said they could take my luggage for me, tag it, and then store it. I should call the morning I was coming back and they would have it delivered for me! I was beyond surprised! I offered to pay and they told me it was no problem.

I gave them the packed luggage, they gave me a luggage receipt and I left. Three weeks later I called the number on the tag the morning I was returning and when I arrived at CSR that night my luggage was waiting for me. It was great bc I had stuffed it with snack foods that we had collected with our dining plan and the rest of the water bottles we had delivered to our villa. Not sure if they still do this, but it was a great thing and I was very grateful for the help! So maybe the person that asked the question can look into it after all. Good luck :)
