I just sat here chanting to myself "three more weeks, three more weeks, three more weeks..." How is it that I started out with 373 days and now that I'm down to 22 it feels like FOREVER!

Same here. It seems like the summer months flew by here. We went from Double Digit Dancing to 45 days it seems over night. Now I feel EVERY second tick by. It seems like it took a month for the past 2 days to go by!

Love the updates. I am really thinking next trip if the price difference isn't tooooo much, I might go with CBR. I think Claire would absolutely love that pool with the pirate ship. We never actually make it to the parks though. LOL!

I priced out a value resort and the CBR for 2010 and the difference for 10 days is about $600.00 (I think I am remembering correctly.) When you break it down per day, it's not that much. You also get a bigger room, free fridge, beaches, lots of pools and a marina. It's also nice to take a day off from teh parks and relax at the resort. Gee, I should be a salesperson.

I hate that you had the scary experience on your trip down, but I'm loving your trip report! I especially love looking at your CBR pictures, the visual is still so fresh in my mind and I now know exactly what I'm looking at. (Make sure you post all of them.) It's great that you got an upgrade, I loved being so close to OPR also. As so many others have told you, you really do have an awesome family. I'll be reading until this report is done. Thanks!

We are a family who never minds the walk at the CBR but we absolutely loved being so close to Old Port Royale. Every time I look at my pictures, I think, man I wish I was there right now.

I love the peacefulness of the CBR. That's why it's so hard making the decision on whether or not to change resorts for 2010.

I often wonder why the waiting process takes so long but then the actual vacation is over with in the blink of an eye.

I love Garden Grocer too - soooo convenient! We unpack too, mostly because we use one of the suitcases for dirty laundry I'm glad it stopped raining and that you found the Mickey for Ashton so easily!

Ok, I'm really excited about this resort now. We've been at ASMo the past three times (the only three times my kids have been), so we're upgrading. And I'm really excited now that I've seen your pictures!!! Can't wait to read more!

It's lookin' like the old bossman won't be getting his pound cake tomorrow 'cause it's 9:27 p.m. and I ain't mixing up another cake this time of night. Oddball and the raccoons, on the other hand, will be having cake tonight.

I make cakes and decorate them all the time I hate when something goes wrong and I don't have time to fix it. A couple of years ago I made one for Mother's Day for dinner at the in-laws. I spent forever working on it. Iced it a beautiful periwinkle blue. Made 24 daisies and put on the sides. It was beautiful. Carried it to the car and My heel went one way the cake another. all over my seat and the driveway. I was not a happy camper.

And I have two more questions. How does the Garden Grocer thing work? i was planning on packing a suitcase full of food, but that sounds so much more convenient! Also I had just talked myself out of the T-Rex, but now you have me rethinking. I really hope you have lots of pictures. Is there anywhere online you can look at a menu and when I make my ADRs can I make one for here at the same number or do they have a different number?

Your TR is costing me more $$$$! Please tell me Lacey didn't go to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I've talked myself out of that one for my daughter already too!!!
