We don't grocery shop at
Walmart, we shop at Kroger. The only chicken we have been able to find is the frozen skinless breasts, which is actually what we buy to grill for our dog, she won't eat much of anything but chicken. Hubby did buy a few pork tenderloins, ham, a butt and a couple of packs of bacon last time he went to the store but that was just because the man was raised on pig farms and loves his swine. Thankfully, we have an upright freezer and a backup generator. Our power went off a few days ago because of bad storms here, it went off around 3 am and came back on around 12:30 pm. We fired up the generator and plugged the fridge into it. Since the freezer is full, we knew it would last for at least 24 hours if not longer so we weren't too worried about it.
