Stitch's Supersonic Celebration??

i walked by it last week....i think i did. i haven't seen the YouTube vid, but it looked like stitch was on stage with a bad elvis impersonator and some power rangers...??? i like stitch a lot. he deserves better than this and that stitch's great escape thing, poor guy.

Kind of cute for the little ones :stitch2:, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Some of these shows are great when you need to just stop and let someone out of their stroller to stretch and dance a bit. Get the wiggles out.

It isn't something i would do more than just to see it once, but i guess it at least is something new. It doesn't really make sense to me why they keep trying to push stitch so much. Everything they do for stitch ends up being pretty bad so maybe that says something.

I saw it yesterday and wondered aloud if it's a temporary diversion to distract you during the busy season, along with SM in refurb. It helps prevent the crowd that would have been on SM from overflowing nearby rides.

I would bet money that it will quietly go away when SM is reopened.

Not to mention it was boring, like watching the opening of a shopping center. :confused3

Just one statement or suggestion to Disney: It should of been a Phineas & Ferb Concert:banana:

I agree that the YouTube vid just looks BAD. It is so disappointing that Disney couldn't come up with better for Stitch! He's a favorite character with my whole family, but the ride and now the show are just so unlikable. :(

Oh dear.....Disneyland Paris has an equally awful Stitch dance party in Discoveryland. Poor Stitch :sad2:

But they do have Stitch Live! Which is like turtle talk but with Stitch instead - hilarious and one of the highlights of Disneyland Paris!

75% bad Stitch attractions isn't good enough for the little guy though.

I saw it yesterday. Pretty bad. There were things I liked about it: Cartoon stitch and Elvis Stich (can I get my pic with Elvis Stitch?).

Bad: Plot, singing, dancing....all of it!?!

Hello everyone. First post...
Anyways, I haven't seen the show in person. But... my main gripe about the show is how and where it is situated in Tomorrowland.
I just don't like the location of the stage.

Wait! If there's actually a good Stitch show - why didn't they bring that over instead of putting in another bad one? I actually like Stitch and wouldn't mind a good Stitch attraction (keyword: good)

Where exactly is the stage located? I couldn't figure it out by watching that youtube video.

Well I guess I go against the grain as I thought it was cute, a bit corny, but cute. My daughter will love it and she is 21, (yrs not months) but Stitch is her fav so she loves anything with him in it. I am sure there is an age group that will enjoy the show.

Aside from the fact that my DD6 had to sit in an area with no shade to block her from the hot FL sun:scared1:...We thought it was pretty cute. Actually my DD LOVED it! She really enjoyed dancing along and we thought Elvis Stitch was pretty freakin' funny...but maybe my opinion doesn't count because we actually really like Stitch's Great Escape...it is my DD favorite!:cutie:

Has Anyone Done it Yet?? Whats it Like ?

We did it on one of our nicer days last week...not sure what happened but Stitch NEVER came up on the screen like Crush does to talk to people, maybe that technology was down. Instead we had those girls dancing around for 20 minutes which was awful. Fiance thought it was a little too much for a younger audience as the dresses were very high. Stitch was cute in his Elvis attire, but that was it....seriously WE LOVE STITCH but I'd skip it. So disappointing because they could do SO MUCH with his character due to his personality but they just aren't :confused3

On his show, Lou Mongello said he "absolutely loved it"...

Now, there's a shocker. No disrespect to Lou, but is there anything Disney does that he doesn't "absolutely love"? His shows are a good source of information, but his opinions not so much because they are always gushing approvals.

I avoid SGE, and will be avoiding this thing like the plague. :scared: Stitch is an OK character burdened by being featured in some poor attractions.

Wow! I just realized it's past midnight as I sit here in my living room. That means I'll be in MK later on this very day! :yay: Maybe I better get to bed.
