Just wanted to add what I heard at MK the other day. As many of you know I work at MK and some of the research team where talking about a project they had at Stitch. They said they were brining in families with smaller children and they were doing a restraint check in order to find out what the height should be. Because the height requirment is not due to a "Safety" aspect like BTMRR or Splash but more a comfort level they were bringing kids of all sizes and they were going to have their parents write down everything they say from how comfortable they were in the restraint to how scared they were during the show. They were going to figure out the height requirment from there. So iti s still up in the air. Disney has created this ride for the kids so I would not expect the final decision to be 44' but we will see. If I hear more I will definetly post, but I wanted to let you know that they are in the process of determing what it should be with a test group.
