So, we officially have a dining room! We got our table delivered Wed & the armoire today. I'm so excited! Now, we have to get a new light fixture and then accessorize! The room is bare right now. I have almost $400 in gift cards to Crate and Barrel I'm going to use. Maybe this weekend! It is supposed to be 50 here tomorrow. Funny thing is they are having the Ice Carving competition in our town. How's that going to work with 50 degree temps?

So, today is D day at my work. Remember when I talked about layoffs and the buyout options. Layoffs are supposed to happen today. I'm glad I'm working from home today.

Sun~ I hope you are safe from the layoffs.
My knee is eh...the Dr. gave me a cortisone shot. Its not working. The next option is surgery. So after I get back from Disneyland next month it will be scheduled.
I went to karaoke last night with Chris. (the guy that came over for dinner).
It was a lot of fun. We watched the fights together last Saturday.
Tomorrow night we are going to dinner & having drinks.
Tonight I am just hanging out with the kids. Maybe going to the movies. I really want to see He just isn't that into you. I think thats the name of it.

Also, some good news, I'll probably be getting the internet hooked back up at home soon, then I'll be able to spend time on the DIS again. I do miss posting here on a regular basis.

I think by the end of February, I'll probably have it. Unless we (a.k.a. my dad) procastinates getting it hooked up, then it may be awhile. Last time we didn't have internet connection it was for almost three months before we got it again. That's too long.

OK, I missed my cocktails, I missed giving Cat my cell # for picture texts.

Right after I grabbed my bar stool at Breezy's bar on Friday I had a meeting I wasn't expecting followed by a meeting I was expecting. I get out on Friday at 12:00 and that came quickly. I had an appointment right after work and then DD and I met another mom and DD for dinner and a movie. We saw He's just not that into you. Great movie, but a couple of awkward moments for 12 year olds. Then Saturday we were gone all day with two DS basketball games, went to Costco and a couple other stores and then hockey and dinner.

Breezy ~ Thanks for the cocktails and appetizers! They were perfect!

Yomomma ~ I hope your knee gets better. We might go to Disneyland too! We are going to see if we can get a room at the Grand Californian and go spring break, road trip style. That would be my only Disney for this year.

Yippee! We decided to do a road trip to Disneyland at the end of March and I booked us into the Grand Californian hotel! Now we have some Disney this year after all!

Xena - Aren't you worried about crowds at Disneyland during Spring Break? DD's Spring Break is at the end of March and I'm scared to go anywhere crowded where I have to wait in line. That's why we are looking at Mexico which I still have not booked! I'm waiting for a last minute deal.
