I was trying to do the thing where you fill in people's email address and it sends it to them already personalized. I tried it and it never made it to my email. I wanted to surprise my aunt with it. I guess I'll just have to send her the link.

Today is our first snow day.

OMG! My first day back at work is dragging already. I knew I should have gone out for lunch.

Saw The Dark Knight last night. It was good! In case you haven't noticed, I'm always way behind in movies. We rarely go to movies and rarely rent DVD's. I just saw a bunch these past 2 weeks since I was off.

Cat - I think I'm going to cancel my Sept bounceback trip today. A friend of mine is getting married that week in Arizona, just found out. So, if you want my fridge spot in the swap, let me know. That is, if it is still going by then. I kind of hope it's not. I'm sick of doing it.

Which kind do you wear?

I can't wear the beach or caymen b/c they don't fit me right. I have very narrow feet and they look ridiculous on me. I wear the sandal styles. I have the capri and cleos. They are so comfy and that is pretty much all I wear at Disney. I will sometimes alternate with gym shoes, but mostly crocs. So, you should check out the sandal type if you haven't already. They sell both styles I was talking about at Dick's Sporting Goods. Not sure if you have a Dick's store near you.

I want to buy Abby the Mammoth Disney ones. I like the chocolate w/ pink lining. THey are so cute, but not on sale at crocs.com.

All you looking for crocs, check out 6pm.com too. They always have sales on crocs too. I should have bought some awhile ago, but the shipping was kind of pricey so I didn't. I should have though b/c they would have still been cheaper than the regular price at crocs.com.

Cat - Have you been to the Aurora outlet? They have a crocs outlet store. I haven't been to the store since it opened.

I still swear by my NAOT's, but in all honesty - I've never tried crocs, so I might have to break down and buy a pair. I have double A narrow feet too, so thanks for the tip.

We're not travelling for Christmas. We went about two hours away to one of my aunt's houses last weekend for that Christmas. Christmas eve we're going about 25 minutes to the other aunt's house. For some reason my parent's families don't do anything together.

Thats all the travelling we're doing!

Angel, this post made me look at your location - we drove through Charlotte twice (obviously) and both times I wondered if you lived close to there. It must have leaked into my subconsious 'cause I had no clue it was Charlotte - I just knew it was NC. lol.

Sun, prayers said for your sister - it seems like things always happen in spurts like that. Glad to hear she's safe at least.

We aren't travelling for Christmas. My sister and BIL drove down yesterday from Midland MI (about 100 miles away). They only stayed a few hours. My MIL and her husband are coming over on Christmas Eve so maybe I'll cook a prime rib too.

How do you guys cook your prime rib? I order it in restuarants but I've never made one myself. I may try that this Christmas. I'm so sick of Ham! I don't care if I never see another ham again (well, right now anyway).

Hope the Prime Rib was good. The only thing I've botched big time was a prime rib (and the Pizzelles ). I followed a William Sonoma recipe and my gut told me it was going to be awful, but I made it anyway. Blah! DH never lets me forget that one.

Since we're on the topic of hangers, I have a question for everyone. Do you hang all of your clothes on hangers? DH thinks I'm crazy because I hang everything, including jeans and t-shirts. I didn't think it's so strange. I figure I don't have to worry about wrinkles this way.

I didn't end up making prime rib, DH did the cooking though so I was totally cool with not having a prime rib. We ended up having a traditional Polish (DH's side) Christmas. Kielbasa -smoked and fresh- Fresh Pierogies and fresh saurkraut - all from the Polish market. I had to pass on the Kieshka though, anything with 1 pint of blood as an ingredient is a no-no in my diet.


Well most of you know of the 'issues' I have with DSIL. I'm so ticked at her. On top of all the BS we went through for her, she said the kid's christmas presents didn't show up yet. Last time I checked Christmas was on Dec 25th every year, if she feels she MUST order something online, you'd think she'd do so before Dec 23rd. We already postponed Christmas 4 days as it was, then the kids didn't have any gifts. I swear she does this crap on purpose.
