Sledding or ice skating? You guys need to stop making me so cold!!!

Its 23 here right now but we're supposed to have a high in the mid 40's.

Not a whole lot planned for me today. Gonna wrap some more presents. thats about it.

I really wish I was somewhere else...this cold stuff...bleh...I no longer heart the snow!!

Hey! Did you buy that Shaun White snowboarding yet? I saw it at Best Buy (I think) for $39.99. I think it is $49.99 everywhere else. If it wasn't Best Buy, then it was Circuit City. Just an FYI.........

Blockbuster has Rockband out and the drums were driving me crazy while I was waiting in line.

I bought Guitar Hero World Tour w/ 2 guitars for our family X-mas present. I think you can purchase the rest of the band separately, can't you?

Have fun sledding or ice skating. I want to take DD sledding, but I'm not going until it stops snowing.......

Ya I bought it couple of wks ago. I need the Wii balance board, then it says its more enhanced. I think that you can actually be boarding?
I am not sure if you can buy it seperate. I have the voice of an angel...just ask my friends...

Hi girls. I am so bad about DISing from home lately. My kids use the computer so much and I get so busy doing stuff I just forget to say hello to you guys. It has been very cold and very snowy. We have over a foot! It's hard to say how much we have exactly because we also had a wind storm during it all and blew it all around so some parts are deeper than others.

My puppy is sick. She has diarrhea and last night she threw up. (TMI sorry!) She had shots on Sunday night so I'm hoping that is causing it, but hard to say. I'm just keeping an eye on her right now. The other possibility is that she got under the couch and found some old food or something. Yuck!

Sun I was thinking about you not being able to make it to Vegas and it is funny that you have had so many thoughts of being glad you didn't go. I was thinking how bad it would have been if you had been stuck there and couldn't get back home for Christmas. I had a friend that almost got stuck in California and her kids would have been so upset!

Xena - Awww, sorry your puppy is sick. I hope she feels better soon. I think we might catch up with you on the snow today. It has been snowing nonstop today.

Yeah, I hear you on the weather. We were supposed to fly back last night and I forgot I had signed up DH's cell phone for text message updates on the flight back too. He got a text our flight would have been delayed last night too.

I tell ya, no more trips for us in winter weather. It is not worth the stress! Our last two vacations in Nov / Dec, we didn't have any issues, but flew back the day big storms hit. We barely got in before them. For our cruise, the flight from Jacksonville was around 2 hours. Our drive from the airport home is usually 20 minutes, it was over 3 hours!!!

Well, I hope you all have a very Merry X-mas, Happy Holiday, etc..... I can't believe tomorrow is X-mas Eve already! Crazy!

I ran out to do returns and Danny wanted to shop with his $500 something dollars he ended up with (WTH!!!??? I was jealous...both the boys ended up with 500 something dollars. Unreal....)

Anyways....

I wanted to do a CHRISTMAS PRESENT REVIEW:

Jimmy heard me go "I need that" for the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvinator commercial. And he got me one.

When I opened it, (Christmas Eve - Eve, cuz we have no patience in this house! )I go "Im not keeping this" It was $40 for this thing. And then my kids and him go "You always do that!!! Just keep it!!!" And I really wanted it... so I kept it. But $40. Ugh!

BUT - Can I tell you guys to GO BUY ONE!! Theyre amazing. Ive used it 2 times (supposed to use it 3 times a week) and Im ridiculously impressed. The first rinse I did of my face felt like baby skin. And then I was all glowey.

They are ridiculously great, and after only 2 times using it! I cant imagine how wonderful it will be in the long run.

I gotta run to Sephora later tonight, too. I was too crowded out, for now - and came home for a breather. I bought CLEAN Provence like a month ago, and I hate it. Then I couldnt find the receipt. I figured Id wait until after Xmas to do a return, and get some makeup instead. (Sephora is super good about returning things simply because you dont like them, even if youve used it. )

Hi girls. We had a great Christmas here. It was relaxing and enjoyable. We finally have rain. I never thought I would be so happy to see rain, but we have so much snow and I am glad it is melting finally. I hope you all had a great holiday.

Hey girlies!

Xena - We had close to 60 degree weather today and lots of rain too. There are a lot of flooded streets around here. All the snow is gone! We had a snowman and all that is left is his hat, gun, and bandana on the ground. Don't ask, DD decorated him.

So, how is everyone's weekend going?

We finally saw Bolt in 3-D tonight. It was really good!

Cat - if you haven't seen it, it's at the Tivoli. I love that they have booster seats at that movie theatre. Warning - It was $6 for the movie, not the usual $3.50 or whatever the cheapy show is nowadays...... $6 is still pretty darn good for 3-D and a Saturday night though!
