Still waiting to pass ROFR!!

Well I am soon going into day 11 waiting for our BWV to pass ROFR. My agent told me that they usually hear back from Disney on Fridays and Mondays. Anyone with a resale contract remember how long it took to pass through this process?

Have faith. Todays the now DD's birthday(5 years old.) Got home to a message from Jerry telling us ours passed ROFR, been waiting since mid February. Smile won't be leaving our faces for days. Now if we can just get that first reservation made....

24 days but I got the contract. After 20 days I would keep on the broker. Sometimes they forget to contact the prospective buyer.

35 or so. Disney took the contract and broker never followed up.

It took us quite a long time to hear. Actually no one ever called us to tell us it passed ROFR. We had to keep calling to find out. DH was ready to give up and buy from Disney but luckily it went through. That was our 2nd resale. Our first was quick!!!!

We just heard on Monday. Our's took about 4 weeks from when the deposit was received. Pat said it would be about 10 days for the title company to contact us now. SO excited!!!

I'm right there with you!! We put in our contract last weekend, so we're only on day 4...I don't know how long I will be able to stand it!!

Let me know when you pass RofR, I will be very interested to know how long it takes.

Beca, I bought at BWV. I got the great news this morning. (Posted information under thread Heard about our BWV resale!!)
It took Disney 11 days. My agent Jaki told me that she hasn't had any rejects from Disney in a long time so it sounds like you will be okay. Post when you hear so the rest of us can all be in the loop!
It will be interesting to see what the new SSR price and the new add on procedures do to the ROFR! Maybe we got in just in the nick of time!! Good luck!

We did ours without an agent and it took 30 days...drove me crazy...It was a private sale ....but oh the agony... seemed like everybody elses was taking 14days...
