i hate this you know this housing market we all are in. well for the 2k id spend at Disney
theres a slight possibility that we could get in to a house.
Granted if it happened it would be sep time. an then our trip would not happen. We are not sure wed get approved or be able to get co signer or any of my other smart ideas to work. But if it did then it would be our own house. With a yard for my son to play in with fence an stuff.


I still am going with us planing to go because at this moment an time other family's stuff came up an we don't know whats up or down for a few months. I hate that it even came up but a house is a house
the only thing is I don't want such a bad fixer up that we couldn't live safely. Pluse some really bad areas here in Phx.

If no house then we do Disney if house then we hold Disney
wish we could just win the lottery.

How exciting...and stressful all at the same time.......
Buy a house?? or Go to Disneyland?? I guess if it's meant to be, it will happen!! That's my philosophy of life. I don't always like what happens, but there's always a deeper reason behind it! Might not make sense at the time, but down the road the picture becomes crystal clear!
