Let me tell ya about our 2008 trip out west...

We left saturday morning the 3rd and went down I-95 instead on I-75, we spent the night in Savannah, Georgia...The only important thing to Mandy was whether they had a pool or not..lol..which they did and it was open, but it was outside & it was cold out...
Sunday morning we headed south and took a hour break at St. Augustine public beach since MIL had never been to the beach before...She liked it..
..We arrived at the Dolphin around 3 or so, so we checked in and got situated and then spent the rest of the day at the pool...
Monday we did early entry to Animal Kingdom and it made the day interesting watching MIL's reactions to It's tough to be a bug & Kilimanjaro safari...TVT called me after we got back to the dolphin I let the girls relax while me and Tony went to MGM and rode RNR(FRONT ROW) & ToT...
..then we went over to Epcot to ride Test Track...
Tuesday we did early entry for MGM and the girls got to meet a lot of characters and we stayed there until 9:30 to see Fantasmic..MIL is really starting to dread the scooter we rented for her as she has some near misses with trying to drive this thing...
...I also met a very nice Cast Member(Elizabeth) who traded pins with Mandy(She worked near Indiana Jones show, in the souveneir area), she gave Mandy a Florida License plate pin with the word Dopey on it that was Cast Member only pin..
Wednesday we went to Downtown Disney and relaxed by the pool..Mandy had started swimming all by herself today...YAY..
Thursday we did Early Entry to Magic Kingdom and basicly got to do everything we had wanted there, and by this time the heat was starting to get to us...mid 90's all week...We headed back to the dolphin for more swimming...lol...
Cassie stayed with Mommy and me and Mandy ventured in and out of the many pools....again...Didn't have to worry about any crowds in the hot tub...lol....We were getting hungry so we headed to the GF for our character dinner, when we got there we had to wait several minutes for our turn and they told us we'd have to wait 35 minutes(we had Priority seating) and we just said no thanks and headed back to the dolphin, I felt so bad since we didn't get to do a character meal for the girls..
Friday we went to Epcot and it was simply beautiful with the flower show going on, lots of topiaries...
The girls had passports and we had them get them stamped and they did the other thing with the face they draw on for all the countries in the World Showcase...
We met up with some dissers at 8 and went over to Epcot to see the fireworks and then headed back to the Boardwalk..I had to run to the resort with Believe and MIL and girls and when we came back(Just me & believe) 45 minutes later everyone was gone(sorry.. )...
Saturday we headed back home to 60 degree weather..
Of course I had to mow my tall grass and weed my garden, but it is nice to be back home...
Sorry i didn't get to cross paths with ssb..
