I was just rolling reading about finding the Red Roof Inn, since I lived in Asheville for 11 years! Even I couldnt' figure out where in the world you were, with Gomer telling you to go down 3 lights. Next time I'll be glad to give you directions BEFORE you go to a nice safe motel, right off of I26! By the way, did you get to the Red Roof, and how many drunks were there that night? (It used to not be bad at all, but really hit a slippery slope the last few years.)

Well....I am happy to report that Nebo and Smidgy are just as funny and sweet in person as they are online.

They were the absolute first people I ran into after checking into POR and I saw them almost every day we were there.

The meet at the Poly was so nice....just like we were all old friends instead of new acquaintances.

There were about 200 cameras going off when we posed for a group picture but mine was not one of them so we'll have to wait til Colleen and Patrick get back to see some pics.
