stealing on vmk????

i don't mean to sound stupid (i've been playing vmk for a while). how on earth can someone steal your stuff if you don't accept the trade?

The only way to do that is if someone hacks your account, and then trades with their character. Other than that there is no way for someone to steal your items.

Sometimes kids will beg to borrow something... Just for a Minute.. I just want to see what it looks like, your my friend... I will give it back... And blam-o they get it, they take you off their friend list and your out the item...

I don't think it is possible, unless it's a bug.

Thats what my friend did to me. I didn't even know he knew my account!

I've borrowed a friend's outfit -once-. I wanted to see what I looked like in a princess dress, so we did the trade. I tried it on, walked around in it for a minute and then traded it back to her. I warned her that not everyone will be as honest and trustworthy though.

I laugh when people ask to borrow one of my car pins to complete a quest. Apparently they don't know that it cannot be traded.

well if someone says they will help you with something (like a quest), or help you find something (like a hidden mickey) if you give them something and then you give them something and they run off without helping you. or if they are trading something they might take away the item or replace it with a cheap item right when you both accept and you might not notice and dint pay attention when they ask you if you're sure you want to trade. or they might say the magic is five star magic when it is only one star.

Also this is 1 trick that I've seen alot...

people have stitch hats or infernos go to offer rooms that have more than 15 items

the person who offers the stuff puts most stuff in first trade

then when it goes to the last trade the person runs away with the stuff and leaves the person sad and emotionally wrecked ( sometimes )

If this happens here is a tip:

Have a community leader hold on to the stitch hat or inferno or something rare before you make the trade

Make sure the person has the stitch hat or inferno or something rare in first trade

If the person with stuff says no to these tips, it's most likely that they are trying to take your stuff
