That is ridiculous and there's no way that stands up in court. IF it even makes it that far.
When we first visited WDW back in 1983 everyone left everything in the strollers outside the attractions. However, back then there were CMs stationed at all the stroller parking areas. They would park your stroller for you and help you when you came out. With that added security nobody worried about leaving things in their strollers. These were the little things that made Disney such a special place....sadly, those days are long gone.
