I never go to Disneyville without having at least one visit to Charley's Steakhouse - without doubt the best steaks in town. And I'm not a steak lover !
The food is terrrific, the portions as usual quite stupefyingly large. They even have a range of off-menu steaks that go as large as 72 ounces !! They do cater for the smaller appetite too with not quite such big cuts - they also allow a couple to share a meal, charging just a $5 second plate fee.
Oh, and check out the desserts, they are astonishingly large !
They have 2 locations, one very close to the Mercado shopping mall on I-Drive, the other adjacent to Celebration on the 192. The food is equally good in both. However the I-Drive location is much busier, so if you're within range of the 192 I'd suggest there - you can sometimes wait a considerable time to get a table on I-Drive.
I can't specifically tell you what sauces might be available, but their range of steaks is very big, I'm quite sure you'd find something to whet your appetite.
