Steak marinade recipe

We really like the KC Masterpiece Steakhouse Marinade. Just let it sit an hour in it. Super yummy.

Or put on Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic Salt and Black Pepper. Not as intense as the marinade, but very tasty.

OK I use this....

Any Mojo Criollo, you can find them at wal mart in the latin foods aisle.

And ...

Uncle Chris gourmeat steak seasoning. Fiesta Brand.


Sprinkle the uncle chris salt on both sides of the steaks, pour the mojo and leave them for about 4 hours or more, (turn them often) then to the grill.
