We’ll have 2 cars for one night at All-Stars in May. I know the cost is $15 per car at All-Stars, but if we choose to drive to the parks will we be changed again to park at the parks? Also, I’m guessing it’s $15/car/day so $60 for parking for the one night stay? Our itinerary doesn’t allow us to leave the car at the resort And use Disney transportation.

Day 1 EE at DH, late check-in at resort.
Day 2 EE at MK then head offsite

Thanks,

The resort parking fee is per night, not per day. I'm not sure whether there is a charge for additional cars when staying in one room on cash. I know that DVC members are not charged for parking regardless of the number of vehicles when staying on points.

Guests of Walt Disney World Resorts do not pay for parking at the theme parks. Just have the attendant at the parking lot entrance scan your MB.

Onsite resort parking is per-night, and each vehicle will be charged. So $30 total for your party; it will be charged to your resort account. Guests staying onsite do not pay to park at the theme parks, just scan your MB/ticket/app/whatever.

So if I understand correctly:
Day 1, $30 for 2 cars
Day 2, $50 for 2 cars

thanks!
No. You are considered to be a guest of your Disney hotel until midnight of the day you check out. You will be charged $30 for the one night that you stay at the All Star resort. You get complimentary theme park parking on both the day that you check in and the day that you check out.

Check-in day and check-out day are included in free theme park parking.

Day 1: $0, free theme park parking as a resort guest

Overnight: $30 resort parking fee ($15 per car)

Day 2: $0, free theme park parking as a resort guest

Total: $30

Thank you everyone!!!

Thank you everyone!!!
One possible complication. Since you are going to the theme park before the resort, you should probably do online check-in for the resort first thing in the morning. Otherwise, you might not scan as a resort guest and could get charged for theme park parking that day. But if that happens, you can get the parking charge removed at the resort front desk.

How much does parking cost for deluxe and moderate resorts?

I think Disney should post the parking charge somewhere you can see it, like when you book the resort. They should also post the valet parking rates. My sister paid $33 to valet park at the Beach Club for dinner at Cape May. She had no idea it would cost that much.

I have never seen a valet parking rate posted at Walt Disney World or anywhere else. It's not really a thing that places do.

*DVC members and their guests staying at DVC resorts do not pay for parking. They also do not pay for parking when using points to stay at a Disney hotel.

**There is no parking fee for Fort Wilderness Campgrounds

***Valet parking is complimentary for guests who have a valid disability tag or parking permit.

But they do not ever, EVER catch the disability tag in my experience. How the guard misses the hang tag is beyond me but they have 100% of the time since I've had one. It's easy enough to get removed but do not by any means assume they see it and do not charge parking.

It's valet parking that is complimentary. The fee for valet should be waived by the valet, not the guard at the gate.

Yes, when you pull up to the resort's main entrance, you show your placard to the valet or point to disabled plates on the car.

The valet records your placard or plate numbers and issues your claim check. That's pretty much the procedure for getting free valet parking.

I've seen people say you must take your placard or car registration paperwork (if you have plates on your car) to the front desk to be certain you're not charged the resort parking fee. The valets don't necessarily communicate your disabled status to the front desk.

We're DVC so haven't needed to concern ourselves about the resort parking fee.
