Staying in 2 different resorts, how do I get my tickets?

I will be staying @ the carribean resort for the first 3 days of my trip and then transfering to the Wilderness Lodge for the last 3 days. The Carribean portion I booked through a travel agent with tickets and travel to the Daytona 500 with no park tickets. The Wilderness Lodge portion I booked directly through Disney with 5 day park hopper option. Since I know the tickets are on my room key, @ the Wilderness Lodge, how do I get them so that I can use them to get into the parks when I check into the Carribean beach resort? Hope this isn't to confusing. Thanks.

If you booked through Disney for the WL and agreed for tickets to be on your room key, you can't get access to them until you check into the WL. They would have to be separate from your room key. Call Disney back and check on this.

I have a similar problem.
Have a Disney MYW package w/ dining & 10 day Park Hopper tickets but will be arriving in the Orlando area before then to stay with my sister & would like to start using tickets before CBR checkin.

Travel agent says that the tickets can be used for up to 14 days after initial use which means I can use them AFTER check out but NOT BEFORE check in because tickets are linked to hotel key.

Hope you are able to get this resolved. It doesn't seem fair that you can use the tickets @ the end of your stay but not @ the beginning. Keep us informed how you make out.

If I were you (and JerseyJ, too) I'd call CRO and explain the situation.

Is there a discount for having the tickets associated with your reservation? Could you buy the tickets at the Disney Store before you go and have them taken off your reservation? It may not be as convenient as having them on your room key, but at least you'd have them at the right time.
