Staying at WL can I request

When I check in on Sunday morning can I request that a small cake and balloons be sent up to our room on Thurdsay for DH's birthday. I will be glad to pay I'm not asking for free but will they do it for me or do I need to arrange this myself with someone before check in and if I do who do I contact about this.

Yes, ask Guest Services when you check in. I'm sure there is some way they will be able to help you!

Check and double check if you let WL arrange it for you. Some people have reported when asking that it didn't happen for them. I would arrange and pay for it yourself and then you know it will happen.

When I made my ressies at WL I told them my son would be celebrating a birthday the week we were there and the CM gave me the number to the bakery at the WL and told me I could order one from them. Unfortunately, I lost the number, but if you call the main WL number, I am sure they could transfer you. Don't know about balloons.
