Staying at Hyatt 1 night & using ME in am?

I'm trying to plan a long weekend in Sept with free dining. We'll be flying down late after school, with an almost 10pm arrival. Rather than pay for another night at AKL, we felt it's best to spend the night at the Hyatt & get up early to catch an ME bus to AKL.
So what should I put for our arrival flight info?

Should I find an early am flight to MCO & give that info? Could we just show up with unused ME vouchers & they'll let us on the next bus to AKL?

Just call DME and tell them what you're doing - people do this all the time, so they know how to handle it.

So would it be best if I book by phone instead of online so I can explain it?

Their website makes it very black & white: you either know your flight info or you don't.
