My wife and I were just talking about staying on board next time at Lookout.
Because its so dead, the vast majority of the ship gets off.
If you want to sit on a lounge chair on a pool deck for a few days, there are much more affordable ways to give you that experience. Royal Caribbean and Carnival are going to make up for that revenue at the bars and casinos, but I prefer not to sail with that crowd of people.
We didn't love Lookout... next time we will enjoy the empty ship![]()
^ All this 100%. My wife and I sail once a month (we live in South Florida between Port Everglades and Port Canaveral), and we only get off the ship when we book a Cabana at the private islands, which is about once every other sailing. Otherwise we absolutely love the private ship experience on board when everyone else is off doing something else!
