Status of AKV Grand Villas

Are all the Jambo house GV bookable? We got waitlisted for Christmas Eve for a GV @ BWV, but got the 5 days before and 1 day after. i have AKV pts, but did not ask about the possibility of moving there the last 2 nights.

Has anyone been checking Christmas availability this week? Will the new building be booking for next christmas at some point this year?
