Stateroom #8020

Has anyone out there stayed in this room or general vacinity? My concern is noise as I am a very light sleeper. Also, can you feel a lot of motion as this room is high up and toward the front of the ship. Thanks in advance.

We just stayed in 8010. I don't recall there being an extraordinary noise other than the children screaming that "they wanted to push the elevator buttons" the first morning on the ship. The location is quite nice -- not too far to the forward elevators, fairly close to the midship elevators and closer still to the Walt Disney Suite. I would definitely book this category again. As for the height - I didn't feel a thing. To be honest, I took a Bonine once a day but even without it, I wouldn't have noticed.

We stayed in 8030 and our married children stayed in 8028 & 8026. The rooms were terrific, very little noise ( a little in the morning when they rearranged the deck chairs - but no problem at all ) very convenient to the pools etc on deck 9, close to the elevators and stairs, great verandahs with amazing views and the rooms themselves were wonderful. The category 4 family suites that our children were in are GREAT.

We were in 8032 and never heard a peep. Other than Howards Suite (8030) it doesn't get closer to the main elevators then where we were.

It seemed like when we were doing laundry there was a TON of noise in the hall by the laundry room. (But you are no where near there--it was just an observation)

We stayed in 8022 and it was great! No excessive noise at all and pretty much "motionless". We thought it was a great location.

We were on the other side in 8528 and had no problems at all. We were right next to the Roy Disney suite in a cat. 4. The only place I EVER felt motion was in Parrot Cay, and it was minimal.
