70th foodie guide!

The chocolate chip mousse in the pavlova at the Blue Bayou looks/sounds scrumptious! I am looking forward to that

as well as basically all the treats at Jolly Holiday. Oh! And that cake from the Plaza Inn!

Do the dining websites ever have things like that pop up?
We have done several of the dining packages for nighttime events. We did the Ooogie Boogie parade once, which was about $ 80. We sat on the high-top tables over by Trattoria in DCA when we did it. Mind you, also those high tops make my booty and feet fall asleep. There were so many sugary sweets, one should not consume that in the amount of time that parade is, lol. It also included alcoholic beverages or soda. We don't drink alcohol, so this was a big disappointment, not being able to use something that was a part of what we paid for, knowing how much those items are in the parks. We were ready just to drink to get our money's worth. We also did one of the dining packages at the Wine Country Trattoria - $90ish for World of Color, and were disappointed we got standing room only with hundreds of other people, not happy about that one. The food was good and included a rib-eye option, so not a total waste. Same with Fantasmic, we ate at Hungry Bear, good meal, and it wasn't nearlya as pricy, but we did not have "chairs" ha ha - we had seats, sitting on our bums, but we did have a fantasmic view, very front middle and in all our years as APs never had better seats. Even back in the day when they let us camp out, that's going back, way back in time. We did fireworks at WDW (great seats, again alcohol was included in the package), but Tink did fly right over our heads, and many more. If you are doing a "once in a lifetime" or a special occasion, it can be nice. Pay attention to the fine print. Getting a reservation, pay attention to when they open reservations, usually 90 days ahead, and be ready at the crack of dawn when they open. This is the best way, or within 24-48 hours, when the cancellation fee will kick in, and people start cancelling reservations because their plans have changed. There is also one of the reservation apps like Mouse Wait (not an ad, I do not work for them, lol), and they monitor it for you, for a price, and send you notifications for the restaurants or dining packages you want. We have done most of the packages. Let me know if you have more specific packages.

I love the balloon bucket and stainless steel tumbler.

We are gluten free so doesn't look like we can have any of the food except the drinks so nothing too exciting there. They had a single gluten free specialty bakery item for Star Wars (I believe, it was something recent) so I was hoping we'd get one for the 70th.
It's annoying to me that they keep reusing that balloon shape for every occasion, they just change the color and design :/ Take some cues from Tokyo, they have fabulous popcorn buckets and sippers, I will say ... I love Harold, kudos there. Someone at Disney has got to have enough imagination to create something fabulous for a milestone anniversary.

I am GF, as well. I was hoping for a dessert item or two.
I do not have Celiac, so I don't have to worry about cross-contamination so I am thinking I may have a few savory choices. The steak and shrimp at BB looks good, the Cowboy fries, or Cottage fries. Maybe they would make the tuna melt on GF bread at RRT (I think they have GF buns) or the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza flop over GF (I think Daisy's has a GF flop over)?
