Starwood Member REquesting Late Checkout??

I've learned here that Starwood members can request to checkout of the Dolphin as late as 3 pm with no charge involved, true? If so, do I request this on registration or at anytime during the week?

Bill...it's 4 pm...and I'd ask when you check in and call again a day or two before you leave...

Works for us - we just ask the day before we are checking out and have never had a problem...
