Hi everyone - I've been on the Dis a while, but finally made my way over here to the WISH board. Finally decided to bite the bullet and start WW - my SIL started a couple of weeks ago, and she says it's been pretty easy to follow the points system, so I'm giving it a shot - DD is almost one year old - it's time to get rid of that baby weight!
For now I'm just doing it online - my schedule is kind of hectic to fit meetings in. So, I figured I'll use the boards to keep me accountable!
For anyone one WW, I have a couple of questions I'm having a hard time finding on the WW web site. They concern the water, veggies, & milk requirements that you should meet each day. I can't find anything that tells me what exactly equals one serving of each of those. For example, does the piece of cheese I had on my sandwich count as as serving of dairy? And how many vegetable servings are met by eating a medium-size salad? And, lastly, how many ounces equal a serving of water?
