starting FP on mde

When I click on FP+ and say to get started, it says we don't have tickets. But I have booked a package with the tickets. So it said to link, but when I do, it says its already registered, to me.
I am not yet eligible to book FPs as my 60 day window is next week. I just wanted to make sure it is ready. Could this be the reason why? Or do I need to call them and make sure it is properly working so that it is all ready for me?

You can't access FP because you have a package and you're not at your 60 day mark yet. When you hit 60 days, it'll open up. This is addressed in post #3 of the FP+ superthread:

Because you have a package, everything opens at 60 days out. You must wait until 7:00a the day your window opens.

Thanks, just thought weird, figurEd they'd at least acknowledge we have tickets and just say we weren't eligible yet. Plus one member of the party wasn't highlighted, even though I bought all 4 together on disney line when I booked. Okay, thanks.

Thanks, I had read that section, but I guess it never clicked. But now I see it in red.
