Starlight Coca Cola

I tried another, my thoughts haven't changed on it. It's ok.

The flavor guessing game reminds me of Mountain Dew VooDew, which they release each Halloween season. That always tastes pretty bad. Mountain Dew also did a July 4th-themed Dew where they threw in tons of different flavors to make something nasty. Or should I say "DewDew" because that name would fit perfectly.

My DH and 2 sons came home with a 20oz bottle today, poured out a taste for each of them, and threw the rest away. It was NOT a favorite.

About 25 years ago, my wife and I attended a wedding in Atlanta. While we were there, we toured the Coca-Cola headquarters. At the end of the guided tour, there was an area where you could sample Coke products from around the world. There was actually one Coke product that had the taste of flowers. I don't remember where it was from, but the Coke guide said that it's hugely popular there.

My daughter grabbed one at Kroger this weekend. She hadn't tried it before, but thought it was pretty good. Different.

I’m not sure which one I tried, regular or zero, as someone just poured me half from the bottle. I thought it was pretty good. I’ll go with a couple others here who said it tasted like vanilla cherry. That’s exactly what I said while tasting it a couple weeks ago. I would drink it again, but I don’t buy it much or at all really.

It tastes just like Cotton Candy Coke to me. I'm a fan of cotton candy and coca cola but I'm not sure I will purchase another pack.

If I have the username correct, Kdonnel Family should definitely try this soda.

I bought a pack today. My mom and I both think it tastes pretty much like regular coke with a hint of something else that we couldn't place.

Grabbed one today while I was getting gas at my local station. Zero kind. At first it came off very sweet and powdery, if that makes sense. Definitely, a cotton candy vibe. Just finished it off over ice while having lunch and now getting the raspberry taste. Kinda like it.

I am kind of sad because I am down to two small cans... my "usual" store ran out of both the bottles and cans. I know another store that sells them (or at least the last time I was in there they did), but it is not as convenient to go there. I guess I am going to have to find a way to get over there ::yes::

We bought two 20 oz. bottles of the Zero version, two weekends ago at a Pilot gas station market in Ohio. I tried it. It's OK. I don't drink much pop, so I would never buy this for myself, but my husband enjoyed it.

I tried the sugarfree kind today. It tasted something like fruit mixed with cinnamon. Kinda like what a scented Christmas candle might taste like. Maybe a mutant Dr. Pepper.

For all we know, Coke is messing with us and bottling various flavors in separate batches. We’re led to believe we’re drinking a Rorschach test, but what we’re really drinking is a cash grab.

I’m gonna try another one.
I thought it tasted like Christmas too. The zero one especially. I bought that one first, by mistake and liked it so I wanted to try the full sugar one, and it wasn't remotely close to the same flavor. You could barely taste the sugar cookieish/Christmassy flavor.

Did you try the Gingerbread dew at Christmas? I really liked it!

I got the sugar free version and it was sickly sweet, like it was half sugar. I couldn’t take more than a few sips.
