Star Wars Weekends

My husband and younger dd both want to do star wars weekends this year and we have a new toddler in the house. Does anyone have the dates for this yet? Also, typically, how busy are the parks during these times. I really dont want to take our new little boy during peak times.

The official dates have not been announced yet Usually the weekends take place the last 2 weekends in May and the first 2 in June.

Last week in May is Memorial Day, so it will be very crowded.

I was there in 05 for SW weekends, it was Jun 24 -28. It was busy, but not unbearable.

In my opinion, one of the best times to go is the weekend (or week) before the weekend that precedes the 4th of July, or the weekend (or week) after the weekend that follows the 4th.

Does that make sense? People usually take vacations to coincide with holidays. So if you have the vacation time, you can beat some crowds. Also, I always hear people say, "ewww, you're going to Florida in the summer?!? It's soooooooo hot." I think there are a lot of people who think that way. I say all the better for me. I love Disney in the Summer.

By the way, DS was 4 1/2 that year, and he had a blast.
