Woo! That's me at 11:04 in full costume, left of the shirt rack. Got awesome pictures with Darth Maul and Darth Vadar that day. Can you believe they sold out of the Get a piece of the Death Star pins shortly after 8am that day?

Seriously?? I went yesterday and asked just to see what was sold out, and the CM said they still had everything in stock. LIES!!!
OTOH.....Kind of glad I waited in line for 2 hours to get mine on Friday
Yes 2 hours. And I went straight to Darth's Mall after we got in. Started looking around and then realized there were 2 lines set up and they were getting looooooong. Missed out TSM fp too![]()
Is the parade route shorter than in the past?
How early do we need to line up for the parade? And where is a good location?
I was stuck in line for Star Tours, so I got a crappy spot. I'd recommend getting your spot early and near the Hat Stage to see the celebrity welcome.
So, We got back from our long weekend at Disney yesterday. We drove up from Miami on Friday afternoon, went to DHS on Saturday for SWW, and then Sunday went to Epcot.
We arrived at DHS at 5:45am (still dark outside) and the line was ridiculously long for Ray Park. He was doing 2 sessions, a morning and afternoon signing. At about 6:30am the CMs started handing out wristbands with the date on them. Even though the line seemed very long we got wristbands which according to the CM was a guaranteed in. We were let in to the park before 8am and given fast passes for the signing. Our return time was 2:15pm-2:25pm.
The park was empty. We booked it to Darth's Mall, bought a few goodies, and then off to ride! We walked on the Rockin' Roller coaster, Tower of Terror, another person in our party ran off to get our FP for TSM, then off to ride that before 9:15am, walked on Star Tours, then just bided our time until the signing. We had lunch at Hollywood and Dine, hung around to watch the parade, and finally it was 1:45pm and we could start lining up to meet Ray. I don't even know who he is so I was really only going to get my husband's poster signed, while my husband got the head shot signed.
We met Ray and he was very nice. And very handsome
