Us too!

Awesome, thanks! So I guess first priority for me will be to get in line for Emperor Stitch if there is one and then after we get our merch grab a fastpass or ride TSM. Unfortunately I just realized we have an ADR for Sci-Fi at 11am that Friday so we'll definitely have to come back Sunday for the parade. In the past they have done lines for the first Friday for all LE merch. Who knows how it will work this year. But the LE merch will be at the AFI store (the one right as you exit Backlot tour) By the size of the edition (only 1980) I predict that Stitch will sell out quickly.
Other than that you can do some rides and watch the SWW parade and meet SW Mickey and Leia. If you have an extra day at the Studios the better cause you'll probably be walking around and you see more characters you want your pic with. Just take it easy and prioritize.
So what is the Emperor Stitch? Is that the figure one from the Star Tours shop? I am confused.

Hmm, I'm not sure, this will be my very first Star Wars Weekend so I'm not sure how they handle the LE merch. I would hope it was 1 per person so that more people who really want them have a chance instead of the buyers looking to jack up the prices for them ebay.Oh wow...thanks!
We won't be there until Sunday...so I doubt there will be any left. My DS (6) is really into Star Wars. He would have loved that one. I guess I will hope there may be some left. We wanted to go earlier, but couldn't get there until Sunday.
Are they 1 per person?
Anyone going to be there all weekend that can get one for my son and I can get it from you on Sunday???
Love that it is an edition of 1,980. LOL
We love Stitch here too. We have all the movies and my DS dressed up as him for Halloween TWICE. It would be perfect for him.

I was wanting to understand how the celebrity fast passes work.
If I understand right - is it while waiting OUTSIDE the turnstiles you get in line for a fast pass or after they open at 9:00 thatyou get in a line for a fastpass.
And so they had you a ticket and it has a time on it. Then do you return at that time and is there a long line then also.
Do the celbrities have pictures they sign or do you need to bring something to sign.
I'll try and explain step by step:
You get there early, the earlier you get there the earlier autograph session you'll get.
Let's say that you get there at 6am, there will be a line for each celeb, you get in line for the celeb of choice, last year around 7:45am they started handing out the FP's, one per person, then if you want, you can get in line for a different celeb. This all happens outside the gates. You can then watch the Stormtroopers show that opens up the park for SWW.
The Fp's will give you a time (example 2:15 to 2:25) so you go to the celebs tent (around Echo Lake) at your time, show your ticket and it should take you a max of 10min to get your autograph. The celebs do have pictures that they can sign for you or you can take any item that you wished autographed.
In the past we (myself and 2 kids) have gotten books, pictures, lightsabers, backpacks, hats signed.
Hope this explains the process.
I have a question about Rope Drop, and what time we should plan to be there. We'll be going on Friday 5/28, so 9:00 opening. We are not interested in celeb autographs, but my DS10's main objective are Jedi Training and Padawan Mind Challenge. We plan to be there for RD, and want to see the Stormtroopers. How early should we arrive? What time does the Stormtrooper show start? We'd like to be there early enough that we have a good chance at the 1st Jedi Training of the day, so toward the front of the pack.
Also, if DH takes DS10 to get in line for Jedi Training first thing, while I go grab fastpasses for TSM, can I stop off and sign DS10 up for Padawan Mind Challenge on the way back to meet them, or does DS10 need to be present when he signs up?
Thanks!!
The Stormtrooper show starts at around 8:30am. Now if you're at the front of the pack at the turnstiles you won't see the stormtroopers because they go on the roof of the turnstiles.
Last year you could sign up the kids without them being there so what you have planned works. I would go first to sign up for Padawan and then go to TSM Fp's alot of people go to TSM first and there's usually a line for the FP machine in the morning, you should be fine going to get a Fp's for TSM at 10am, there shouldn't be any more long lines by then.
Thanks so much for your help. Your posts have been so helpful in my planning. Good advice about TSM FP after Padawan sign up. And we'll make sure we can see the top of the little roof over the turnstiles. Do you think that 8:15 is a good time to arrive, or should we shoot for closer to 8:00 (or even earlier)? Thanks!!
We got there last year right around 8:15 and our spot was perfect!

) Anyone going on Saturdays during the weekend just look for my DD9 she'll be wearing Padme's nightgown (the blue one with the strands of pearls) during the morning hours, she'll probably change by 3 or 4pm, although she says that she'll leave the dress on all day. I will probably wear my SWW studios central blue t-shirt and my DS13 probably his SW rockband shirt. Come say hi, it's always fun to meet Dis'ers.
