Star Wars Surprise ~ Need advice!

Obtained the elusive Galactic breakfast for 2 on May the 4th be with you

This is for my husband mostly, he is amazing. We're taking this trip as a present to ourselves because of really bad health issues last year.
But, I want to do VERY special things for him since he took care of me so well (and put up with me!), all the while he was still busy with med school or working.

Step 1 is obtain the reservation - check

Step 2 is surprise with reservation using awesome Star Wars merch!

I obtained a Darth Vader popcorn bucket as well as a new boba fett hat (one of his favorite characters). I would like to utilize these items while surprising him.

I was thinking of sending the gifts to resort, and order a disney cake (Star Wars) ... Maybe add a balloon and surprise him on our first night with telling him we will be going!

Though, shipping it out plus price of cake could be a bit more costly. Still would need to purchase park hopper option.

What do you guys think? Changes, additions? A whole new idea?

Or maybe the night before? Our flight departs at 7am lol
Our first destination is not WDW, but a hotel near MCO and then the Fantasy cruise ship ^_^

I did a game of thrones birthday for my husband this year, I made him little puzzles to figure out....maybe have tricpvia or other puzzles while on the ship like an adult scavenger hunt? The final thing is coordinates to the meal or a card etc.
If you know the movies well you can come up with some fun ways to incorporate them...like refer to the bar he has to go to as the cantina. You don't have to de clues at the locations, just hand him the next one.

When I did this I gave him coordinates and he had to use his phone to find out where the next location was not way on a ship though I imagine.

Or you could just get a slave Leia costume, most men would be very appreciative of that LOL

Disney also offers many in-room packages thru their Floral Department. I located a link of a more expensive Star Wars one ($160), but there was another for $70.

These folks are accommodating.
