Jumping in here—-we did this during Christmas week and it was SO much fun. We did order the tickets ahead of time. When we were there they said they were booked and not taking anymore walk ups at the time, but of course, we were there during a busy time

I’ve only read good things about it so it must be worth the money! Definitely planning on buying tickets when they become available

Definitely do this experience. Even my 17 year old DD loved it and she’s not into Star Wars. Have fun!

Did it during the beta testing. It was phenomenal. As there have said, it’s extremely immersive. You don’t need to enjoy Star Wars to appreciate the experience. It is very expensive for only 15 min, but it is worth doing.

Is the equipment heavy/cumbersome for a kid? My son will be 10, but is somewhat small for his age. He'll be fine, right?

It's not heavy. I'm 5'2" and have a small head and the helmet was a bit loose even on the tightest setting. I didn't ask if they had smaller helmets or if there was a better way to position it. Even though it slipped a little it was crazy cool and immersive!

We talked to one of the employees after we had finished. He said that every morning they have to "test" the equipment to make sure it works, meaning play with it and go through the game. He said that you could walk through places you "weren't supposed to go" as a part of the storyline of the game. He also said down one of those hallways you can look through a window and see the other people playing the game. How cool!
