Star Wars (Memorial Day) Weekend sans kids!

Ok, we've never done Star Wars Weekends.... we're huge Epcot fans and DH is a big Star Wars fan, but I am not sure that he'll be raging to see rope drop. This will be our first trip without the girls so we might (or might not) sleep in a few times

Any suggestions for activities that weekend? DH is not psyched about crowds, which I know are fairly unavoidable. We can skip a lot of park time and we got APs so we can hop/just spend a few hours here and there.

Oh, and I'll be 31 weeks pregnant so low key is key. Fun ideas?

I would recommend to get to HS one Star Wars days before rope drop. They used to have a show up on top of the roof above the turnstiles, but last year they had it on the street just past rope drop. It will be the same each day, so no need to see it more than once.

Catch some of the shows. James Arnold Taylor has a really good one. It will give you some much needed air conditioning in the heat of the afternoon.
