Not sure what you mean. Do you mean in the park, or at/on the Galactic Starcruiser? I think the restaurants at both locations are fairly well established.

I know less about the Starcruiser, but I think it has one large, main restaurant and maybe a smaller lounge or two. At Galaxy's edge there are several places to eat that are Star Wars themed.

In both cases I am sure they welcome Rebellion/Resistance as well as Empire/First Order customers, but I don't believe there is segregated seating.
