Haven't tried this one, but it sounds like I should. I grew up on Next Generation, but never got into the ones right after that.

Did you ever see the Star Trek Strange New Worlds episode where they all sing songs? I'm very eager to see that episode just to hear Captain Pike sing and that episode has a soundtrack released as well and is the best selling Star Trek soundtrack of all time now? What number episode is it in Season 2?

You may want to watch Season 2 of Star Trek: Discovery. Captain Pike assumes temporary command.

Also, there are 3 episodes of Star Trek: Short Treks in which Captain Pike appears, however briefly. My favorite Short Trek is "The Trouble with Edward" ("He was an idiot." LOL)

Yes, season 2 episode 9. It is called Subspace Rhapsody. I laughed more than once even though they handled some heavy issues. My favorite songs were I'm the Ex and the Klingons. I downloaded the sound track on Spotify and will listen to them all again.

My mom even likes Star Trek Strange New Worlds and plans to see it herself after I am finished with it and she even has developed a crush on Captain Pike too and thinks he is cute as well. Has there been talk of when Season 3 will begin filming?

Season 3 is delayed due to the previous actors strike. The 10-episode season is supposed to debut in August or September.

Now I have to wait to see Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 3 in July or August of this year? That's a long time. When I also became a fan of Star Trek Strange New Worlds I discovered that Mego Toys made a doll of Anson Mount/Captain Pike and when I saw it I just had to have it and got it for Christmas and it is my favorite doll. Have you ever seen the Anson Mount/Captain Pike doll?

Every time I watch Star Trek Strange New Worlds I dream of being on the Enterprise with Captain Pike and every time he appears on screen I sigh and close my eyes and imagine that i'm in the episode with Captain Pike. It's hard to believe that Black Bolt would move from Marvel to Star Trek and because of Anson Mount Star Trek Strange New Worlds would become a successful show for Paramount+. I think Anson Mount would be nice to meet one day and if I went to a Star Trek convention where Anson would do a meet and greet I would be in heaven

I also think that Paramount+ has tried to make Star Trek Strange New Worlds their most watched Star Trek series and it will indeed gain new fans of a new generation to introduce Star Trek to. My uncle watched the original Star Trek growing up and he admired Captain Kirk so much he wanted to dress up as Captain Kirk for Halloween when he was a kid and recently he got Paramount+ for his birthday this week. Maybe I can tell my uncle to watch Star Trek Strange New Worlds himself as well. And I also think that in the future Paramount+ will also launch a Captain Pike series just like they did with Picard

Does anyone adore this show? I started watching it in November of last year after seeing Anson Mount in Marvel's Inhumans and after seeing Marvel's Inhumans I decided to look up other shows Anson Mount has starred in and I was looking at my Paramount+ queue and Star Trek Strange New Worlds popped up and I saw the first episode and was hooked and I just started Season 2 last week. I was amazed that Anson Mount plays Commander Pike in Star Trek Strange New Worlds so well and he really is amazing as Commander Pike and because of this Commander Pike is now my current crush at the moment. In fact I adore Star Trek Strange New Worlds so much I got a calendar of the show yesterday. Now if only Season 3 would hurry up and begin filming soon

Has anyone bought the Captain Pike action figure/doll from Mego yet? I am curious to know because I was so excited when I learned that there would be Star Trek Strange New Worlds action figures and I added the Captain Pike action figure/doll to my Christmas list last year and as I mentioned it's a really awesome action figure/doll

There also is now a Spock figure in the Mego Star Trek Strange New Worlds action figure series and I just ordered it yesterday and it looks pretty cool from the photos I saw of it
